Fast Track Airport South Africa

South Africa has three main airports: Johannesburg (IATA Code JNB), Cape Town International Airport (IATA Code CPT) and Durban International Airport (IATA Code DUR).

For Arrival we will meet and greet you at the airbridge and will expedite, escort and assist you to and all the way through security, health screening, immigration, and customs, to your driver. Infants aged 24 months or less are not charged:  children 3 yrs or more are charged as adults.

For Departure will meet and greet you at the kerbside, and expedite, escort and assist you to and all the way through any health related procedures, security,  check-in, and immigration, and escort you to your airline lounge or** to the departure gate. The greeter will not normally return to the lounge at boarding time.

For Connecting passengers we greet you at the airbridge or gate.   We assist you with the arrival procedures (we expedite, escort and/or assist you as required to and all the way through any health related procedures, security, immigration, quarantine, and customs)  and then with the departure procedures (we expedite, escort and assist you to and all the way through security,  check-in, and any border control)  and accompany you to your airline lounge or*V to the departure gate.

For Transit  (international to international)  passengers, we greet you at the airbridge or gate and guide and lead you through airside transfer, baggage release, ID verification, new boarding pass issue, and any airline & security requirements & processing that are necessary and accompany you to your airline lounge or* to the departure gate.

Fast tracking is at the discretion of the senior immigration and health officers on duty, but is usually possible.   Sometimes, for border control or other reasons the special lines and channels may be closed or un-manned at the time passengers reach the immigration area.  Whatever the situation on the day, our airport assistant member will seek access to and use the fastest lane and route available.  They may briefly leave you at immigration whilst your passport is being stamped so that they may cross the airside/landside divide through a staff channel, in which case they will meet you again right after your passport is stamped.

We will handle normal amounts of regular for executive sized checked baggage as part of the service.  If there are very many, very heavy or very large bags to be moved, then please tell us, and if we think it is necessary we will add one or two extra staff members and invoice an additional excess baggage handling charge.

For departures, access to an executive level airside lounge before a departing flight, in International or Domestic departure area is possible
